We also provide banks with asset entitlement evaluation services for assistance with commercial loans that include an entitlement and/or development component.

Tim Carmel, the firm's founding co-partner is city attorney for the City of Arroyo Grande, and serves as district counsel to Cambria Community Services District, the Cayucos Sanitary District, San Miguel Community Services District and a number of Community Services and Water Districts. Ziyad Naccasha and Mike McMahon both have extensive experience working with large firms prior to moving to the Central Coast. Ziyad practiced in Chicago for 12 years and Mike practiced in Los Angeles for 13 years. Art Montandon and David Hirsch bring decades of experience in municipal law. Mara Mamet spent many years as a legal advisor for the State Bar of California. Don Wilson also comes from the Los Angeles area, where he practiced for nearly 30 years, specializing in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Erica Stuckey works in the municipal law and the transactional law practice areas. The firm further expanded in 2010 with the additions of Walter Millar and Walter Stuckey who joined the firm as of counsel. Walter Millar acts as national counsel for marine manufacturers. Walter Stuckey represents automobile dealers, manufacturers, auto repair facilities and auto wrecking yards. In January 2011, the firm added Heather Whitham as an associate attorney. Heather has spent the last ten years working as a deputy city attorney for the City of Torrance and works in the firm's municipal law and transactional law practice areas. In July 2011, Alicia Gámez began supporting the firm's taxation and trust and estate planning practice groups. Kevin Perkins joined the firm in November 2011 and brings 14 years of experience in trust and estate planning and taxation. The firm welcomed its newest associate, Jon Ansolabehere, in December 2011 when his favorable bar results were published.
