Dallas attended The University of California, Irvine where he studied political science with an emphasis in public law. He continued his education at Chapman University School of Law in the County of Orange, where he obtained a Juris Doctor with an emphasis in tax law in 2009. Dallas also obtained a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation from Chapman University School of Law.

Dallas’ practice at Carmel & Naccasha LLP is devoted to protecting individuals and families, and businesses through all stages of life. To accomplish this, he focuses his personal service practice on trust and estate planning, special needs planning, personal tax planning, trust administration and probate. Dallas also works closely with businesses and business owners in the areas of contracts, corporate law, business planning & transactions, entity formations, and exit planning. Dallas also has experience forming, advising, and administration of tax-exempt organizations.

Dallas is admitted to the State Bar of California where he is a trust and estates section member. He is also member of the American Bar Association and the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association.

Following his recent relocation to the Central Coast, Dallas has enjoyed exploring the natural beauty of the area, sampling the local cuisine and attending Farmer’s Markets for fresh cooking ingredients.
