Hannah Philebar Miller joined Carmel & Naccasha, LLP in 2008. She is a municipal and land use paralegal who enjoys advocating for clients before local and state agencies, such as the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors, the California Coastal Commission and the Regional Water Quality Control Board. She received a B.A. in History with an emphasis in U.S. and Modern European Government from California State University, Long Beach in 2008.  Currently, Hannah is a deputy city clerk for the City of Arroyo Grande, and is working towards becoming a certified municipal clerk.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys surfing, barbecuing and being a die-hard fan of the Dodgers.
